Random PC Freezing

Hello I am having a random freezing issue and when I say random I mean it literally happens anytime no matter what I am currently doing. Specs: Windows 10, FX-8350, GTX 1070 TI, MSI 970 GAMING MOBO, Kingston 16 GB 2x8 1600MHZ Ram(BRAND NEW BTW PREVIOUS RAM WAS THE SAME AND I HAD THIS ISSUE HOPED RAM WAS THE PROBLEM NOW IM HERE), Samsung 850 Evo 500 GB SSD, Corsair CX550M PSU. Any suggestions?

Also whats really weird is some days it doesnt happen at all.. and other days it happens 2-3 times during my pc session. It happens when im just idling on desktop or even If I am in a game It strikes whenever it feels like it

I have not made any changes in bios with ram I leave it on default

NOTE: The Freezing issue was with both of these ram sets and did not start happening until about a month ago and the old ram I had in my pc for 5 years no issue

I would run MemTest86 to check for defective memory.

Memory should be running at • DDR3-1600 CL10-10-10 @1.5V.
