Random Pc Lag

Well my computer ran amazing the day before, but today it runs horribly it lags no matter what I'm on, even though I usually play games on high quality, Like Rust, Team Fortress 2, etc. does anyone have any advice?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your specs, like so:

Have you made sure you've on the latest BIOS update for your platform? Uninstall and reinstall the GPU drivers and see if that helps?

Sorry I didn't find that necessary because it was a sudden effect
