Random PC restart

Hello. My PC randomly restarts even if I just open a new tab in Firefox. Most of the time it still works ok. I checked the Windows Event Log, and it logs some errors just before the restart. I have to mention, that before restart the PC starts working very slowly, with freezing in Firefox/Media Player/etc.. After this it sometimes crashes, sometimes not. Event logger mentions the graphics driver, but I tested it in a game, and it seems ok. Any advice?

I have identified the error as Event ID 41. It says this problem has soething to do with power supply. I have an AMD 5600+ CPU, with LC Power 5550 power supply. I have looked into my BIOS voltages for CPU, but I don't know if they are ok. Vcore is at 1.360 V, +3.3V is at 3.312 V and +12V is at 11.713 V. Is +12V a bit too low? I posted a HWMonitor picture for additional info.
