Question Random PC Restarts

My computer is randomly shutting down. It's been happening mostly during gaming, but gaming is also mostly what I do with it so I'm not entirely sure they're related. But it's never crashed when just web browsing, so...

I assume this is either motherboard, RAM, or PSU?

For context, I've made no really recent hardware changes--the motherboard, CPU, and one SSD are both about 5 months old and the GPU about 6 months old. The RAM is 2.5 years old, and the PSU is 3.5 years old.

I ran four passes of memtest86, results below, and quickly racked up about 50 errors. Bad RAM right? My RAM was in slots 1 and 3, so took them out and ran with just one stick in slot 2. No errors. Then I ran with the other stick in slot 2. No errors. Ran with both sticks in 2 and 4. No errors. So a bad motherboard ram slot, right? After having both sticks of ram in slots 2 and 4 and with no errors in memtest86, I boot up my PC, let it run for a bit, and it crashed the second I logged into a game. So I think the RAM and motherboard are in the clear?

There are also a lot of events labeled just Information I didn't include.

Here is a picture from HWMonitor after about 10 minutes of crash-free gaming. To be honest, though, I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for. I also have a separate, actual log from a few days ago from when I was gaming and streaming/recording, but it's excessively long...

Is there a way to confirm it's a bad PSU, and would a bad PSU cause memtest to light up like a Christmas tree once but not the other three times? Is there something I'm missing or have failed to account for?

In my experience, memory and motherboard issues will cause the system to malfunction at any given time, it does not have to be under load...even though under load will happen more often.

How are your system temperatures while gaming?
Overheating could cause your system shutdown.
Since I have replace several Thermaltake PSUs (including Toughpower Gold) causing all kind of system issues, just after 3 years, I will try another PSU.
I have installed many Corsair TXM, RM and HX (550-750W) and none have failed.
Another reliable brand and model, Seasonic Focus Plus Gold.
A reliable 650-Watt PSU is plenty for your system config.

The temperatures are fine. Unless I'm rendering video, everything stays in in the 60c range.
