Ok, before you go jumping at it being the power supply, i have reason to say that it isn't. My build is relatively new (around November) These shutdowns appear to only happen while playing or had previously launched Garry's Mod. The reason why I dont think this is my PSU is because i've been logging my voltages with hwinfo and after reviewing the logs, my voltages are completely normal and only like every hour go up .1 and go back down in like a few seconds. These shutdowns don't happen often which makes it hard to experiment with it. These started happening about a month ago and im sick of it. This was also around the time i got a 3tb hdd and it's SATA (data) cable wouldn't click on, so i just tape it on with electrical tape. GMOD is on that drive, but all my other games are on that drive as well and i have never had an issue with those.(granted, i dont play many other games for extensive amounts of time). I dont know if this has to do with it either, but occasionally my graphics drivers will crash when playing GMOD. I do have ASUS anti-surge protection on, but i have turned it off and the issue has still continued except instead of giving the anti-surge message, it just reboots as if i had just restarted the computer. Please help me with this issue because im lost in all kind of questions on what this could possibly be.

Hello... Right click computer-Manage-Event Viewer-Windows logs-System and look at the items related to the time of these events, look for a common reason/problem/driver-file with these.
having a loose data connector to the HD drive could be the reason? is the drive connector housing broken there or do you need to get/use a locking connector there? try a different locking SATA cable to it?

there is nothing around the times of these occurrences. It is the housing that is broken, which i hear is a common issue with wd blacks.

After playing a few games yesterday, it shutoff while rocket league was launched (first shutdown) and the second shut down occurred when World at war was launched. Keep in mind all these games are on the same drive and the hard drive has a wonky housing to where the sata (data) cable doesn't clip in correctly. Another i noticed, yesterday both of the shutdowns occurred when a had forcefully set something down or banged something, but this wouldn't be a valid reason to say it's the HDD because one i had a shutdown while i was watching you tube in my bed, and another one occurred while i wasnt even accessing that drive or putting and load on it of any kind.
