I have a windows 10 machine using a wireless USB adapter to connect to the internet
latest windows updates and drivers

Connection keeps spiking every few seconds non stop, I reinstalled Windows just to see if that would help it didn't I'm experiencing the same issues, what's interesting I tested the same adapter on a Windows 10 virtual machine and did not experience the issue, but when I shared the host connection the issue was there, picture below of ping command would give you an idea of what's going on

when I'm downloading something during the spike the download would hit 0MB/s and stay there for a few seconds, and if I'm playing an online game the ping would be 2000 or 9999 and the game just freezes for a few seconds this keeps happening every few seconds so games are unplayable right now. during the connection drop windows doesn't indicate that there are any issues with the connection, the applications just lose connection for seconds.

What should I look it or what tools can I use to analyze what's going on?

Thank you so much for any help, this has been going for 3 days and it's driving me crazy,
