So about a month ago i started getting these random ping spikes like every 2 minutes in Counter-Strike. I noticed it happens in every game but it affects me the most in cs. Anyways ive tried everything i can think of and have seen. I have restarted the modem/router, rebooted, called my isp, updated drivers, literally everything i can think of. It jumps from my normal 30-40 all the way to >300 for a couple of seconds and then comes back down. It is very annoying and i am begging for your guys' help, also dont use this website very often so sorry if im on the wrong sub or posting wrong, thanks!
