random ping spikes

past 2 moths when i have been playing my ping jumps to 100-300 for couple of seconds.

also i used to have around 30 ping all the time but now i cant get lower than 60 i called my internet provider but they said they couldnt do anything also i have tried alot of the fixes here none of them worked Thanks you alot if you are willing to help me!
 
Solution
Assuming there's no local reason for spikes, such as own connection sharing, or local changes, such as a greater takeup in your area, try pinging your named DNS servers, and compare with others, such as 1.1.1.1

You can also try a DNS benchmark - https://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm

It's important to select your primary carefully, and 2nd, 3rd, etc less important. I generally run 3-5 tests and pick the DNS server that was consistently in near the top for primary, 2nd best for secondary server, and add ISP's two servers as 3rd and 4th (if different from 1 & 2).
