Random Power Offs

Hi everyone.

Initially, my computer randomly would reboot, and then startup with ASUS antisurge. This happened out of no where, after no new installation, so I disabled it. It was fine for a while, but then at random points, my screens will all turn off. I then hear a windows error message, but I cannot click or see anything. Only rebooting the system fixes the problem. I updated my drivers, still happens. This usually occurs while I am playing a video game, but it seems to be completely random besides that. Is it a faulty graphics card, or psu? My PSU is a few years old, and my graphics card is only a few months old (1070). Thanks in advance!

Yes, I can get into the bios just fine. I reset the bios to defaults, but that did not seem to help at all. What happens is that I now long in, and within a minute, it triggers.

A very standard EVGA 600W power supply, it was on sale for $30. Im planning on RMAing my 1000W one, as it has a 10 year manufacture warranty.
