Question Random power up and power down sound.

Hi there,
I've noticed that my computar has been doing the same noise it makes when it starts up and when it shuts down randomly, be it while idle or playing heavy games like tarkov or a simple idle game but without shutting down or having a significant performance hit, but it still scares me that ir could be damaging my hardware.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Could you locate the source of the noise? If describing it is tough for you, you can use your phone to record a video with audio to show us what you're experiencing. I'd try and use an A4 sheet of paper, roll it into a cylinder and hold one end on your ear while the other end is used to probe for the source of the sound.

Also, would be helpful if you included the specs to your build. Please list them like so:

Sound apears to be coming either from the motherboard or PSU, and the cpu is liquid cooled.

The computer always did these noises on startup and shut down, but 2 days ago it started doing it randomly.

The startup sound is a electrical revv up and the shut down is a clunk.
