Specifications:
FX6300
MSI 1050Ti
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Corsair VS550 PSU
Corsair Vengeance 4GB RAM

PC restarts from anywhere between 5-60 minutes of fame time, as if It loses for very short period of time( I don't notice fans and LED turning off during the reboot) System is 3 years old except the graphic card.

If it only happens when gaming, it usually is power related or temperature related. That's because gaming increases the load on the power supply and increases temperatures.

That card doesn't use much power, so it's probably temperature related. I would use something to monitor CPU and GPU temps, like MSI Afterburner, while you run a stress test. Game on it or run something like Furmark and see if you can trigger the restart.

Bump! Also I noticed this strange thing, I kept Witcher 3 running with the character facing at the sky. For the first few seconds I switched between the game to HWMonitor as fast as I could and I noticed the +12V rail dropping to 11.24v and quickly gaining back up at 11.5ish when I tabbed out. At idle, it draws 11.745volts, sometimes dropping to 11.64-11.695v. Is it the PSU?
