Hey guys I need help, I have a Random Reboot problem.

At first I thought it was only during Games but then I noticed it also randomly restarts on windows.
Restarts have no Black/Blue screens or other weird stuff happening, just plain restarts and goes to windows back again normally, but on random occasions it doesn't recognize the USB, like my mouse and keyboard doesn't work.

Weird stuff too, it sometimes restarts whenever I turn my AC on and for about 3 seperate days, when I've tried to play on it early in the mornings like around 1am-3am, it works fine then it usually starts rebooting at around 7:30am? I know it's weird but could be useful info. It happened 3 times.

What I've tried:
- Installing different AMD Display Drivers.
- Tried another GPU.
- Fresh Install of Windows 8.1.
- Re Assembly of everything.
- Restarted Bios, removing CMOS Battery.
- Trying different outlets.
- Cleaned the Devices
- Monitored Volts with HW and BIOS, HW readings of V is normal and in BIOS it was 11.7 something.
- Monitored Temperature, Highest TEMP I've gotten was around 60-70 so I'm sure It's not due to Over Heating.
- Changed Cables.
- Tried it on CardBoard, still restarts.

Is it possible that I've flashed the MOBO wrong too?
I've updated it with B.6 (http://www.msi.com/support/mb/FM2-A75MA-P33.html#down-bios).
But I've had the problem before that, I'm just curious maybe I did it wrong and it may be making it worst.

Or is my Motherboard dying or something?

Almost forgot, it also restarted when I fresh Installed W8, so no other Drivers were on it. Might be a good info to point out. :s

My SPECS
- OS: Windows 8.1
- CPU: A10-5800k
- GPU: Radeon R7 260x
- RAM: GSkill RIPJAWS, 4GB DDR3-1333
- MOBO: MSI FM2-A75MA-P33
- PSU: Corsair, VS550 (ATX Power Supply 550W)

Solution

Hey, thanks for the reply.
After checking the Volts of the PSU, I found it was normal so we narrowed it down to the Motherboard and it the Motherboard that was failing cause of some electrical interference which might have damaged it, bought a new one with an anti surge and static along with a new regulator and my problem was solved. Thanks for the help. :)

Picked your reply as a solution since they have the same symptoms as I've found out, it helped narrow the problem out between the two. :)

Was the Mobo flash right? I mean compatible?
I'm just curious maybe I've made it worst and added more problems. I'll try to get on checking the PSU.
