Random reboots! HELP!!

My system randomly reboots after about 1 hour of use all the time. I just reboots out of the blue (in the middle od playing CS, downloading MP3s, etc.) I have no idea what could be causing this. Is the a component of my computer that is likely causing it or what is the deal here?

right click the My Computer icon then select Properties.......then click Advanced.......then click the StartUp and Recovery button......if the option "Automatically Reboot" is checked, uncheck it.

The alert and log options should already be selected but if not check them.

This should prevent the random reboot (maybe) and generate some sort of error...you will still have to reboot but at least you will get an error code.

oh yeah, heat could do it as well....make sure it is not getting too hot.
