Win7 x64.

My computer is intermittently freezing up for a second and then rebooting. No bluescreen.

Ran BlueScreenViewer anyways. According to it:

Bug Check String: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
...
Caused By Driver: tcpip.sys
Caused By Address: tcpip.sys+446f0
...
Crash Address: ntoskrnl.exe+74ec0

tcpip.sys leads me to believe it's something network related, though I am not sure why it would cause the entire computer to crash. I'm hardwired, no wireless adapter.

Ran memtest just to be safe, nothing.

Ran Realtek's diagnostic program, nothing.

Ran Asus's PC Diagnostic program that came with my mobo, nothing.

It's escalated from happening once a month to every other day or so. PSU failing maybe?

Dumps

FX-8350
2x Radeon 7850s
Asus M5A99FX Mobo
24g RAM
Running at a cool 32C idle.
800w PSU, forget which model.

Reboots aren't happening when I am doing anything particularly resource intensive, not gaming or anything.

I looked at 5 of the memory dumps, all were checksum errors in datagrams most likely caused by RtNdPt60.sys (it might also cause your system to "freeze up" if the driver is in a deadlock, update the driver and see if the "freeze" also goes away)
--------------------

I am looking at the most recent bugcheck in TCPIP
it was cause by a checksum error in a datagram. This would generally be caused by a network driver that incorrectly assembles a packet. It could also be caused by a bug in your router firmware.

my first guess would be a bug in this driver:
RtNdPt60.sys Sun Jul 19 19:27:32 2009 (very old driver) Realtek NDIS User mode I/O Driver - Ethernet

you can look for a update if you know the card name or see if you can find the driver on here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2

------------
Looking at your drivers you have lots of suspect drivers:
AODDriver2.sys Tue Feb 11 03:06:52 2014 overclock driver (remove)
ASUSFILTER.sys Tue Sep 20 08:46:33 2011 (old driver)
AsIO.sys Wed Aug 22 02:54:47 2012 (old driver)
AsUpIO.sys Mon Aug 02 19:47:59 2010 (old driver)
gfibto.sys Thu Sep 01 18:31:28 2011 ??? Possibly a VIPRE Antivirus driver remove, too old to be useful.
RtNdPt60.sys Sun Jul 19 19:27:32 2009 (very old driver) Realtek NDIS User mode I/O Driver - Ethernet
SmartDefragDriver.sys Mon Dec 23 02:05:52 2013 (not a good idea to replace the OS driver)
wachidrouter.sys Mon Mar 17 09:13:19 2014 Wacom driver?
wacomrouterfilter.sys Mon Mar 17 09:13:26 2014
vpcnfltr.sys Sat Nov 20 03:35:20 2010 Virtual PC Network Filter Driver (Microsoft Virtual PC)
