Question Random reboots when using secondary monitor

I recently installed a new mother, cpu, ram, and psu. For couple weeks I had no issues. Lately if I am gaming on my primary monitor and browsing the web on my second monitor my pc randomly restarts.

I've done a fair amount of research but am having trouble finding someone that had this specific issue. It only happens when i'm doing something my secondary monitor while gaming.

Alot of other posts point to the psu but I dont think i'm sold on that.

A set of specs is a good place to start. Then we can see if you have anything with known issues like that.

Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC
CPU: I7-9700k
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32GB CMW32GX4M2C3200C16
PSU: Corsair CX750M

I did alot of reading prior to the build and everywhere I read said that the CPU_PWR2 was not really needed and that is was only for serious overclocking. This turned out to be false. I bought a power adapter and hooked up the extra 4-pin connector and boom. It works. I hope this post can help others in the future.
