Random reboots with both new and old pc components except case and ssd

I had random reboots with a 10 years old amd PC so I changed everyting even the PSU except the ssd (1 year old adata) and the pc case, formatted reinstalled windows 8.1 and updated it, done a bios reset and update, checked for virus (none) and ssd health (fine), and seen the event logs I had the reboots listed with 6006, 6008 codes but no reasons. These reboots could be after weeks or one after another in a few minutes with no black death just a restart sometimes with automated windows fix. What could be the cause? (It's an intel pc now. I also don't think it's the cooling cause I set that higher now and checking it always, and had stress test too which went fine.)

Intel i3-6100 CPU and GPU (stock cooler)

one case fan 9,2 cm 2200rpm

Since only the ssd is left of the old build is it probably the problem anyway. You have the latest firmware on it?

Checked other wallsocket in the house? Power is stable where you live?
