Hi, I have build a new PC. And got a problem. Sometimes when trying to turn on PC, case fans start -> PC off -> then all components are started without turning on the monitor, only turning off with a button helps. Then the computer starts. When this happens, the time and date and the settings of the overclocked RAM are reset.
But sometimes it happened that when I click Save and Exit in BIOS, the computer started the cooler -> it turned off -> it started normally, but the BIOS was reset. Or it started up to the ASRock inscription and stopped, but when you press F2 it allowed you to go into the BIOS.

Motherboad: ASRock b450 pro4 - BIOS 3.90 AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.4 Patch B
CPU: Ryzen 3600
PSU: Be quiet system power 9 600w
RAM: 2х8 Ballistix sport lt 3200 (3600 OC with 1.45V)

I will be grateful for the help!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Replace the CMOS battery with a fresh cell and see if the issue persists. Which slots have you populated with the rams? You forgot to mention the make and model of your GPU and the case. Also, you should be able to hit DDR4-3200MHz without that sort of voltage, at 1.35v.

Yes, i know, and this RAM has XMT profile with 3200MHz, but this RAM easy hit 3600MHz with 1.45v and pass memtest without errors
Thanks for the answer
