Random Restart and Various Lag Events?

Hello, I built my computer back in 2015, and I reformatted my drives and did a fresh install last month. Some odd events have been occurring. I was playing Doom earlier, and the computer restarted itself with no Blue Screen, no update logo, nothing, 4 seconds later it was on the sign in screen. On PUBG, and various other games (By far the most common on PUBG) I'll get 4 FPS and it stays like that, regardless of temperature, load, or graphics settings, completely random. Random lag was also on the old install, and still persists, with the PUBG low FPS existing on the old install as well, leading me to think its a hardware problem. All temperatures are well in check, no throttling, and I have a good quality PSU, does anybody know what's going on? (All drivers are up to date, same as Windows 10 updates)

A failing hard drive with the OS installed could do this, another possibility is a failed memory module or a bad memory leak. when playing a game next time play in windowed mode and have task manager open to view your ram utilization, if you have more than a gigabyte or two total in the paged and nonpaged pool then its probably a memory leak, this will make programs rely on disk memory for caching which is not nearly fast enough to work. it can also cause restarts freezes and general crashes as windows cant function without enough ram.

I ran a Memory Diagnostic, and it resulted in no errors, I'll have to use Task Manager on my other monitor to see if the RAM usage gets crazy though, I have 32GB of it, shouldn't fill up though
