[SOLVED] Random Restart new build pc

First, the specs:

OS: Win10 x64
PSU: Aorus 850w
Mobo: aorus wifi elite
CPU: ryzen 9
CPU Cooler: close loop liquid cooler
GPU: RTX 3090 asus rog strix
RAM: 2x8gb
Storage: 1TB m.2 ssd


The pc randomly restart, first, it restarted when i try to change it to 165hertz then i just revert it back to 120hz but still random restart.
now i try to open pubg lite and it restart.
Whats the cause of this random restart? i also got a error like "looks like windows has not loadede properly"
