I had a previous thread that targeted the same problem.
I was asked to check hard drives therefore I upgraded to SSD with Windows 10 .Also had my power supply replaced. Got my APC BRG1000 replaced as all components were fairly new (few months old).I had no Heating issues.
But the problem still persists .
I also found the thing that triggers the problem .
Let me quote the problem again.
"PC randomly restarts as if power cord was pulled out and was put back in place."
Okay though the problem now is not so random.
I am having some repairing and building work going on like Painting,Polishing and tiling . They are using a few heavy machines.
There is no problem if I turn on my PC during operation of any machines but My PC restarts whenever they turn off and restart they machine.
The case before was that I was using my AC unit in my room and my PC restarted whenever the compressor of AC started working for maintaining temperature .
So I guess the problem is pretty clear now.
The PC restarts whenever a power hogging device or machinery is turned on.
Even though all the equipments are connected to parallel with Main Power Supply and machines are working in circuit other than my PC is connected to .

Ah, so the PSU is actually shutting down in response to a fluctuation in voltage on your house's mains? Yikes... do the lights flicker when one of the construction machines is started?

I had an aunt that lived on the coast in Georgia, they had some big thunderstorms sometimes, so she had a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to run her computer off of during a storm.

The lights do flicker a little and it also happened when I used AC in my Room . I believe UPS is for that problem in between . I invested in APC BRG 1000 Backup Pro Smart UPS for these problems only .
Also it only happens if machines or AC (~ 1.5 K watts) run.The problem is not seen if the fluctuations in voltage are from source . I tried to create similar fluctuations by switching the mains on and Off but the UPS supported the PC at that time .
Either these machines create some back EMF or something like that (have to revise for my physics exam) which causes these shut downs .
I want to know how can I prevent this.I also found out that keyboard that is connected on front panel of Cabinet also gets disconnected from PC for Microseconds as PC signals a disconnection sound when there is normal fluctuation (without machines) .
Let's target first the restart problem and then will move to other connected problems .
