[SOLVED] Random restart/shutdown

Hey, i recently build my pc, since a week or two i've had a few random shutdowns or restarts (sometimes it restarts, sometimes it doesn't)
It has happened about 4 times now, once two right after another.

The one i had a few minutes ago happened right when i opened a new Firefox tab.

My setup is Ryzen 5 2600x with Scythe Mugen 5 rev b cooler
Asus ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming Asus x470-f motherboard
Asus Geforce 2070 8gb strix
Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB
EVGA Supernova 850 G3
G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 16GB
And Corsair SP120 fans

Temps are fine, GPU under 30, CPU around 45 (When browsing internet, not playing games.
The restarts have all happened when i was just using the PC browsing internet and whatnot, not gaming.

System event log doesn't tell me much.
These errors and criticals happened right at the restart :

Error :
The previous system shutdown at 19:41:07 on ‎08/‎09/‎2019 was unexpected.
This one is odd, i didn't have a restart then, and there's no log of it.

Critical :
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Error :
Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0

Some Warning :
Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection. Network link is disconnected.

And a whole lot of Warning :
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Also one warning :
Windows Hello for Business provisioning will not be launched.
Device is AAD joined ( AADJ or DJ++ ): Not Tested
User has logged on with AAD credentials: No
Windows Hello for Business policy is enabled: Not Tested
Windows Hello for Business post-logon provisioning is enabled: Not Tested
Local computer meets Windows hello for business hardware requirements: Not Tested
User is not connected to the machine via Remote Desktop: Yes
User certificate for on premise auth policy is enabled: Not Tested
Machine is governed by none policy.

What can i do to get more information on what's going wrong?
I have already disabled that feature of windows automatically restarting, doesn't seem to help.

I have added an aditional SSD a while ago, but sometime after i build it. It's an older one i store games on now. Just a wild-ass guess but maybe that's causing problems.

Any ideas?

What version/build of Windows 10 do you have?

Where did you get it? Do you need "Hello for Business"?

I did some googling using the phrase "windows hello for business provisioning".

It appears that the problem is not unknown or otherwise new.

The following link may help if the "feature" is not at all required:

And here is another link that addresses the errors that you are seeing:

Another fix (?) that I found requires editing the registry...

Another fix (?) that I found requires editing the registry:

https://www.tenforums.com/windows-u...-200-202-360-after-windows-update-1809-a.html

NOTE: Registry editing is a risky solution and should be done only as a last resort and after taking the recommended precautions.

Overall, the problem has solutions but the details do indeed matter.

Take a look at the links above to ensure that the problems being addressed therein match what you are encountering.

If not, revise the search criteria and see if there are more applicable and specific solutions to be found.

Thanks for helping, i'm using Win10 pro 64bit. I bought it at an online key store for rather cheap. Don't know if that matters.

No i don't need windows hello, never heard of it before.

I'm going to look into the links you provided, thanks.
