[SOLVED] Random restart

This problem start after my CPU fall down.but I have the warranty so I replaced my ram 8gb ddr4 2400,corsair power supply vs650,aorus z370 ultra gaming 2.0 and harddisk and buy a new ups but facing the same problem I don't think it is my CPU problem because I strace my CPU and the temp is normal but in extreme strace temp. Went to 75°c.
And also I Strace gpu it is also normal but where is the problem I can't get it.
I system memory diagnostic no error and I run perfmon /report I get this error

I would throw away that PSU since it's not really a PSU but a fire hazard.

Then you are saying I should change my psu to new model which psu will be the best for this pc.

Before is Corsair vs650 and pc restart randomly.
So I am thing of buying Cooler Master MPW-5502-ACABW-IN 550W Power Supply after doing some research.

No bsod update Nvidia driver
Motherboard every driver installed properly .I installed Windows 10 3 to 4 Tim's I used Gigabyte office website for driver. And after that I use driver package solution 2018.

A service is nothing to do with the psu. A service is part of either windows or a windows application.

You have a conflict with software somewhere.
