Question random restart

hi there my System seems to be randomly restarting itself with no warning as if the reset button has been pressed.
ive updated drivers and bios .
im wondering if something is causing a short or is it possible some conflicting software is causing this .
bit stumped.

It happens in both and my temps are good .
I did think it has been happening since installing Samsung SSD magician ...so I removed that this morning .
Prior to that it restarted twice this morning from idle .

Like from what i know from previous experience, is that powersupply could be dying or overheating issues.
Else don't really know and i wont be adding none sense to confuse you.
Someone else will help with this, just give it time!

I removed all overclocking and eronious software .
And it did it again .
Oh I have installed a new PSU ...it's a cooler master v750 ... It's brand new ..
