Random restarts (Kernel error 41 ) no BSOD!

Hey , so for he past 2-3 months I have been getting random restarts and the error is get is :
Event ID : 41
Task Category : 63

Here is what I have tried so far :
-did memtest and my RAM failed , got completely new RAM which passed two 6 hours tests.
-got a completely new PSU
-cable management is as best as it could be.
-hardly any dust
-updated all drivers on my PC
-updated BIOS
-changed power outlets
-changed power strip
-resitted CPU with new thermal paste
-changed all the sockets on the motherboards and they are all good and clean
-had it oc'ed and as soon as i started getting this error went back to stock.

When does it happen :
-randomly within a 1-3 day period. Sometimes, but rarely , it doesn't happen for 4-5 days.
-sometime happens as soon as I turn my PC on , sometimes when Im gaming , sometimes just on Photoshop.

Apart from this error , the PC runs completely fine.
-The temps are good , all around.
-core temps are also fine

PC Specs :
MSI A78M-E35
Sapphire Redeon R7 270x OC Edition
AMD Athlon x4 760k
Samsung EvoS 120GB
Corsair CX550M
Crucial Tactical 8GB DDR3 1866

So my problem is Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed.
Therefore my pc experienced random power loss. Since my PSU is brand new . Could another component cause this ?
