random restarts, only when booting up fresh

I'm having problems with random restarts when I turn on my computer or max 10 min in. (kernal power 41). But when i'm past the first 10 minutes i can play games and everything.

I now that there isn't a heat issue with my gpu and cpu. I've turned off most things in the powersettings. I've uppdated my graphics drivers.

Now I've no idea what to do and when i look around I couldn't find anyone that also have random restarts only when booting up the pc.
