my specs are

Gigabyte GA 78LMT USB3 mobo
Coolermaster 500w PSU
6gb ram
AMD FX4300 cpu

i installed new GPU yesterday [ GTX 750 TI 2GB OC] . every game was working like a charm even at high-ultra settings.
i was playing battlefield 3 at high setting and my PC got tripped and it restarts without showing any error. This happened 2 time while playing the game.

This time i removed the side panel of the cabinet [ which is of also cooler master ] and played BLACK OPS at high-ultra settings. I played it for around 45 mins and nothing happened this time.

can any one help me up with this issue

report the voltages of your 12v and 5v Rail using HWmonitor (report the Maximum and Current value)
and the temps for your CPU and GPU idle and under BO Ultra load.

Ideal temp of my gpu was 38 degree celcious and 39 degree for cpu

I live in hot climatic conditions. Here in india its 40 degree celcious outside .. So is it normal for gpu to heat up ??

What are your GPU temps under heavy load?

It completely depends on the GPU my friend. My R9 295x2 will not really ever go above 62C as its a water cooled card.
My 270x Cards never went above 72c Unless I was using Furmark.

Im not sure though as those are the only cards ive owned.

I have no clue if your card is overheating or if it is a defective card as you just bought it yesterday. have you noticed any artifacts or graphical glitches during your games? And is Any part of your system overclocked?

No. I didn't do any thing overclock as i don't know how to donit actually. But i didn't notice any glitches or lag during the gameplay.
But i didn't reinstall windows after changing the gpu. Previously i had AMD gpu and i just unistall the previous driver and put in the new drivera of NVIDIA.

you made sure To remove all amd driver stuff from your pc? Hm. Unless its your power supply crapping out or your GPU being wonky then I have no clue.

that restart occurred again while playing bf3. i played black ops then but nothing happened.

i guess random restarts occurs while playing bf3 only.

so is there any fault with my gpu or psu ?

It could be your PSU. Read off your 12v, 5v, and 3.3v Rails on HWMonitor for your PSU.

Your Maximum and your minimum.
