Hello, as always I am coming to tomshardware.com forums for help when I find myself completely stumped!

For the last few weeks my PC has been shutting down randomly. Over the last few days it has started to happen about every 30 mins, and a few times it happened back to back. Inspecting the Windows Event Viewer showed Error 41, but there was no dump files. I checked minidumps and it was empty, and the kernal dump file was missing. I was hoping someone could help me pin point the issue, and whether it's a power supply failure or not. To keep things simple I am going to list what fixes I've tried.

- monitored temps for CPU (running between 38c-50c) didn't benchmark because I noticed restarts happened while simply browsing the web.
- removed my automatic overclock settings
-went to Startup and Recovery settings and made sure "Automatic Restarts" under System Failures was unchecked
- replaced thermal paste on CPU
- double checked to make sure HSU was mounted properly.
- ran a windows diagnostic memory test with no errors found. I tested all sticks at once, will possibly test each stick individually tonight and update post.
- did fresh install of my GPU drivers
- ran malwarebytes/spybot /security essentials scan
-checked to make sure all fans were working
- checked to make sure all wiring connections were tight
-replaced extension cord between power supply and wall socket.
- checked my page file and made sure I had enough memory.

I am also going to include a screenshot of my Windows Event Viewer
