Question random right clicks and my left clicks stop functioning till my right click is pressed

I have had a recent problem where my mouses have had a random spam of right clicks and left clicks and sometime it seems i can't left click without right clicking. I use to use the finalmouse air 58 but bought the logitech g pro wireless because of the problem but it seems to transfer over to the logitech g pro as well and it hasn't even been a day.
I am using a laptop but i have disabled the touch pad (software side) what should I do?
