Question Random Screen Flicker

Im using a very old computer. (from 2011 till now) .

CPU: AMD Phenom II4 955 / stock cooler
Mobo: gigabyte GA-990FXA-D3
GPU: MSI- AMD Radeon HD R5770 Hawk 1gb
RAM: DDR3 8GB (4x2) Gskill
PSU- ANTEC true power 550 watts

So earlier this day the system was cleaned out using Electric air blower (from a car vacuum). Then the PC won't start.

• removed and placed back RAM and GPU as it might have been moved. did not work
• did the same thing again and also switched the PSU button on and off and the PC started to turn on.

However, after a few minutes, the screen would flicker randomly. i am Using 2 Led monitors.

Temp:
GPU - 56 degree celcius
CPU - all 4 cores @ 59 degree celcious

Activity
8-12 Chrome tabs open. Also, this was not a problem before it only started after it was cleaned.

can anyone provide a solution or fix for this.

Test the hd 5770 in other PC, or try other GPU, I think the hd5770 may have problem.

that's my problem at the moment, i don't have an extra unit/ gpu to test things out.
