Random security warning

Every 2 minutes or so a random message that alt-tabs all my programs and puts me on the desktop screen says the following " Error code 00XB10666. Windows Might Be Infected With Trojan Virus. Your Financial Information Might Be At Risk. Please Contact Emergency Virus Support Toll Free 1-800-865-9072". I'm confident that i do not have a virus, and i am pretty sure it has something to do with something i downloaded. Can anyone help me get rid of this message? (I am confident that i DO NOT HAVE a Trojan virus)

did you run a virus scan???? try malwarebytes. start up and check your msconfig for a startup program that you are not familiar with... try safe mode and disable networking and see if it stops... that would show it is internet related...
