Random Short Freezes (2/3 sec) on desktop and games

Hi guys,

First, please excuse me for my English, I do not speak it fluently.
I come here because I have not found answers to my questions, I just build my PC and i have some problems with it.
I have freezes that appear randomly (sometimes after 30 minutes after startup, sometimes after 4 hours of play, it's totally random) freezes usually last between 2 and 5 seconds. everything is frozen and everything goes perfectly until the next freeze. It does it on the desktop and in the games.

-I tried 4h power supply on OCCT and i had no problems, no errors.
-I checked my ssd with Crystal Info => 100% correct.
-I tried with an another PSU, but the problem is still there.
-I tried memtest on all DRAM barrettes (with 6 pass) and no error on it too.
-Temp are OK. (52 degree celcius for cpu and 75 for the gpu in games)
-All the components are new except the graphics card but I had no problems with in my old configuration.
-All drivers are updated.
-BIOS updated too.
-W10 is running with the last update.

Could it be the motherboard?

-Msi b360 gaming plus
-I7 8700
-Asus 1070 TI turbo boost
-Ballistix Sport 2x8go RAM 2666mhz
-Antec modular 650W 80+ gold
-SSD Crucial 500go
-Be quiet Pure Rock Slim
-Corsair carbide 230T
-Windows 10 education

Motherboard features:

Dual channel memory architecture, Intel Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP)

XMP is [Disabled] by default. Try enabling a XMP profile in BIOS.
