Question Random short video and audio stutters (I have LatencyMon results)

Hello I upgraded my CPU and MOBO like 2 weeks ago. These are the new specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5800x
Mother: Gigabyte B550M AORUS PRO-P (BIOS F14e)
RAM: Corsair Vengance LED White 2x8 Gb 3200Mhz
GPU: ZOTAC 1070Ti
Power Supply: Seasonic 520w S12ii 80 Plus Bronze
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)
Case: Corsair 400C
(there is more specific info in the results of LatencyMon)

The problem is that now randomly I'm getting 1 second (might be even less) video and audio stutter, like when you are about to get a bluescreen but this time it doesn't. It's really quick but you can hear the audio crack and the cursor skip a few lines, it's really annoying and I want to know what might cause it.
So I ran LatencyMon and I got these results over the days:

  1. https://pastebin.com/ifY555Pd
  2. https://pastebin.com/awT72TrD
  3. https://pastebin.com/MxJraFSQ
  4. https://pastebin.com/vSUeSfBe
I don't know much about it but maybe you guys do.

PS: Might be good to know that I'm using CTR 2.1 to undervolt the CPU since I tried doing test and moving curves and other things in the BIOS but this didn't have the same result as CTR but maybe this has something to do.

Thanks!

i would be grateful if you tell me how to disable it, i have lenovo gaming 3 laptop
thanks again bro

Usually depends on the motherboard but while you are turning on your laptop you should see something like "Press F12" to enter bios setup or something like that. Press F12 fast before that screen goes away, if done right you should be inside the BIOS, but again you might need to search on Youtube for the exactly model of your laptop. Inside the BIOS just find AMD fTPM and disable it.
