Question Random shut offs

I’m using the term “turn off” incorrectly in the title. While in use; browsing, gaming, regular business use; the computer stops feeding the monitors, no longer rocognizes peripherals (I know due to lights turning off) and the power button on the computer stops recognizing any form of press or press and hold. Meanwhile the computer itself it still “on”. Again I can tell this with the lights within the computer case itself.

I have updated everything within the computer, software and bios wise. Disabled any sleep or hibernate settings, reset all graphic settings, and updated bios on mobo.
I put this thread within mobo because of the parts that seem to stop working are directly contected to the mobo. And not being powered directly by the psu.

PSU EVGA G3 750

My other theory is memory; but I thought if it was memory then the computer would blue screen not "cut power". But i could be wrong.
