Random Shutdown Computer

I was playing ROBLOX. I was playing until something on the Screen Froze and broke my Pogress. 1 Second later, Computer turns Black and Power Button turns Off.

It is not Overheating because,
1) I left the Fan on.
2) There is only 1 Browser, Task Manager and ROBLOX.
3) CPU Usage: 10% - 25%

It is not Recently Hardware because,
1) It happened a lot of Times before i Installed a Window 7 External HDD.
