Random shutdown or static screen

Hi. i just built new pc after testing for 6 7 mins random shutdown or weird screen static happens at any time, i did stress test on both cpu & gpu and it's fine if i don't touch the keyboard and mouse, Here's the static image displays on my monitor : http://imgur.com/JL3Z7QH

I'm guessing there's might be a problem with PSU

Specs :
CPU : i7 4790 3.6Ghz
Ram : Hyperx 8GB
MB : Asus Z97-K R2.0
PSU : Corsair CS650M
Storage : Kingston 240GB SSD

Edit : i don't have GPU just using integrated graphics
Edit2 : it also happens on the BIOS menu wtf?

also noticed Nuvoton NCT6791D temperature is 100+ Celsius in Open hardware monitor but people says it's a bug

That looks like major failure. Perhaps a faulty mobo or CPU. It'll probably need a RMA. First try using a different connection method, HDMI or DVI and see if it still has problems.

i think it's my power supply or wall power sucks. if i turn on my water boiler or vacuum cleaner in the same or different room this happens.
Testing it without turning on anything expect my pc in my apartment and it's working without any issues so far, maybe i should try different PSU

Replaced power supply with same corsair CS650M and it's working perfectly fine. i think previous one had some factory defect
