Random shutdowns and freezes

Been recently having some issues with random freezes and even a unexpected restart. It happens a lot when playing WoW, but also occurs at idle, overnight, net surfing, etc. No one activity seems to trigger it. have monitored everything and can not see any sort of a thermal issue, running short on memory, etc.
I've made sure all drivers are up to date, BIOS, drivers - EVERYTHING! I even tried a system restore back to the last windows update!
I'm out of ideas and I am open to suggestions.

How often does this happen?

Very random - ii can be several times within 10 minutes or several hours can pass. There is no pattern to it and that's what makes it frustrating! I'm wondering about the power supply?

Which PSU do you have in your rig? and RAM?

My PSU is a Corsair CM650M and I have 16GB of Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM.
I am thinking of uninstalling WoW because it seems to do it most often during play, although the other freezes occur at other times.

Try to simply reinstall the game first

I have tossed in the towel. WoW is gone, it's simply unplayable.
