Random shutdowns, please help, more info inside

Hi all, I've been having issues with my pc during the last year or so.

I have a fully updated Windows 10 system with:
Corsair 860AX PSU
i74790k CPU
Asus Hero VII mobo
G.Skill F3-2400C10D-16GTX 2x8GB
HHDD WD Caviar Black
SSD Samsung 850PRO
nvidia 970GX gigabyte G1 gaming windforce

The PSU is not the problem, because I've changed my previous PSU (850AX) and the problem persist. Temperatures of the system seem pretty low.

The funny thing is that it happens pseudo-randomly. I've left the PC running during a full night with no problems. Then, after messing with steam and games (game menu not the real game, that anyway runs smooth and nice) the PC just stopped, freezed screen and no power.

So it seems that it could be a software-related problem. Or maybe its a hardware problem that shows up under certain specific circumstances.

I have no clue of what to test or what to try after the PSU upgrade. Can you please help me? 🙁

Are those during load or at idle?

At idle, but I've monitored the system under load (Company of Heroes 2 max settings online gameplay) and these are the metrics. This file can be opened with MSI Aferburner.

The GPU max temperature is ~60 and CPU max temp is ~80.

If this is not helpful enough, could you recommend me a stress and monitoring software?

Please can anyone help me on this?

I've changed the PSU, so I think that I can discard it as the cause of the problem, and 860W is more than enough for my components. I've also changed the GPU, and I had the shutdowns with both models.

So, it's the mobo, cpu, memory or HHDD. Or maybe software? Can you please give me some advice to find out what's the problem?

More clues: sometimes the computer shutdowns while being totally idle for more several hours 🙁
