Hey

I am currently experiencing random shutdowns where my computer just goes black. just like the power just disappears.

After it goes black I'm not able to turn on the computer again until some time. A quick way to fix it is to take the power plug to the motherboard out wait 10 seconds and plug it in again. Then I can restart the computer. But the issue will occur more often after the first shutdown.

When the PC goes out the white/red LED in the GPU also disappears. The only LED on the motherboard that is still lit is something BIOS setting.

I have tried:

Different GPU.

Reinstall Windows.

Run the pc outside/without case

The issue also occur at idle and at high performance

Specs:

Core i7-5820K 3.3 GHz - Cache 15 MB

ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 Strix OC - 6GB

MSI X99A RAIDER

Samsung evo 840

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000 DC 16GB

Solution
Try starting your pc in safe mode and see if the problem persists. If it doesnt then you have a driver/file problem, if it does then you probably have a psu or motherboard problem.
