Question Random Sounds/Catch Phrases playing through headset every day

Whenever I play video games or not, twice a day I hear random phrases playing through my headset with no suspicious tasks running in task managers.

The sounds yesterday were "Muahahaha" and "Go go power rangerss"
The sounds today were "Cha chinggg"

This is really weird and its quite disturbing any thoughts ?
