Question Random spikes in drive use; slowing down PC

My drives are acting up, they are spiking and some are hitting 100% usage on the random. I just installed a new CPU, which is my prime suspect.

Check if you could find which process is causing the issue on Resource Monitor, Disk tab.
What percentage of your SSD is used?
