Random SSD Disconnect

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone knows what could be causing an error i keep coming across.
it seems at completley random times my system will freeze causing me to restart it.
after restarting i get a blue screen of death saying could not find winload.exe.
so i know that it is my SSD stoping working and i have to disconnect the sata cable and reconnect it to get it working again. i was just wondering if anyone knows what could be causing this to happen ?

Hi there iH Xenon,

This sounds like a connection related issue.
You can use a different SATA cable. Also, you can attach the SSD to a different SATA port.
Updating your MOBO's drivers(especially SATA ones) will not hurt as well.

ok i will try swapping out sata cables.
i have had a lot of suggestions to reset my OS but i have had it happening across a bunch of fresh installs but it has gotten a lot worse since i upgraded to windows 10
