Random Static Sound When Turning Off PC

So basically I get random static noises coming from my speakers when I shut down my pc. sometimes its not their, sometimes it is. I thought it was just tangled wires but I separated them from the other wires coming from the back of the CPU and restarted twice but the 3rd restart it was back.

Proc: FX 6300
GPU: ASUS R9270X DC2 2GB TOP
Mobo: MSI 880GMS E41
PSU: HEXA Series HE 600W

So it only happens when you turn it off, and it doesn't continue while off? It's nothing to worry about.

Weird part is it only started happening after I bought this new pc. Been using these speakers since last year.
