Question Random stuttering on Windows 11 laptop ?

Hi, I have an Asus laptop with a Ryzen 9 6900HX CPU and a 3070 Ti GPU. This computer has a random stutter for up to 2-3 seconds one or twice a day. the stutter makes all the audio sound robotic, and the mouse moves almost like its hopping with each stutter.

I thought it was the FTPM stutter, but AMD said they fixed this issue, and it never made it to laptops, however, with the numberof reddit posts i have seen complaining about this I would beg to differ.

AMD told me to send them this file to see if its a stutter from software.

they said its the ArmourySocketServer.exe, but I’m not sure.

if anyone can read this or if anyone has this exact laptop:
ROG Strix G15 (2022) G513 G513RW-HF187X

please let me know if you have this stutter.

And finally, if there is anyway to confirm its fTPM with HWinfo monitor or another program or a CMD command please let me know. and no, the BIOS will not let me turn off fTPM to test if that is the issue.

I don’t think its a problem with hardware as the stutter is completely random and never occurs during heavy CPU or GPU load or memory load or SSD load.
