Question Random stutters and low FPS with new build

Playing BFV I get 60-80 FPS max and it dips randomly with DXR on. In rainbow six siege I can’t maintain 1440p/ 144hz

16 GB 3000mhz cl15 (2x8 Corsair vengeance) xmp enabled
Rtx 2080ti
SanDisk ultra ssd
Gigabyte Auros B350 mATX
750w gold coolermaster PSU

Also in dx11 I get 60-120 on ultra in BfV
