Random System Blackscreens, System becomes unresponsive.

I have had this problem for the last two weeks or so. My computer will randomly black screen and the power and reset switch will also become unresponsive. The only way to reboot my system is to completely cut power from the motherboard with the power supply switch. When my system black screens my keyboard and mouse will also turn off/become unresponsive, the RGB lighting gin my system will also freeze. Prior to this I have swapped cases. Once problems occurred I have already tried reinstalling windows with a USB drive but the problem keeps occurring. It happens when idle and under load as well. It happens usually once every 2 days, sometimes once or more than once in one day.

System Specs:
Ryzen 1700x
Asus ROG X370-F Gaming
16 Gb (2x8) G.Skill 3000mhz Trident Z RBG
EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

Swapping out PSU had no effect on the issue.

Rosewill 650w 80+ Gold can't remember exact model. Could possibly be my extensions.-

A Rosewill 650w 80+ Gold PSU, can't remember the exact model number. I'm going to try removing my cable extensions, if that doesn't work could possibly be a failing PSU
