Hello,
I have an issue with my computer.
While I am using the pc either for work or youtube/netflix or gaming the screens freeze at random time(s) and mouse and keyboard does not work but sound does for a short time after screen freeze. Sometimes it rebooted and other occasions stayed frozen until I pressed the reset button.
My setup has:
OS - Windows 10 Pro / version - 21H1 / os build - 19043.1165
CPU - Intel Core i9 9900K (not overclocked)
CPU Cooler - Corsair h115i
RAM - Corsair 32 GB 3600 Mhz
Motherboard - Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI)
Storage - Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
PSU - be quiet! Straight Power 11 850W 80 Plus Platinum Modular Power
What I tried so far
Any suggestions on how to monitor and catch the error to be able to find the culprit ?
Something new to test?

What I tried so far
- Full format with only the necessary drivers and Nvidia and Chrome.
- MemeTest 86 for each of the 4 ram sticks I have and all together for more than 5 hours.
- Using single monitor instead of 3
- FurMark to test GPU
- Update to latest Bios for my motherboard
- clear CMOS and flash latest bios again
- No overclock on ram (xmp)
- Tested my storage with Samsung Magician for any errors.
- I played warzone, which is a more demanding game from League of Legends on the gpu, for over 8 hours.
Any suggestions on how to monitor and catch the error to be able to find the culprit ?
