Random Video Loss on New Build

Just transferred my gaming pc components to a new case to give to my father. Everything works using my SSD as a test. Windows boots up and I have ran my games like Cities Skylines and World of Warships. I let the PC run for 1.5 hours with a few restarts and shutdowns. Randomly during the 1.5 hours the PC powers up, but no video feed is recognized on the HDMI connection. I have to disconnect the PSU for a few seconds then BOOM! The screen displays Windows. I am confused. Everything is the same as before, just a different case and PSU.

Set up:
Corsair Case
AMD 1GB Graphics Card
Gigabyte 78 MoBo
500W EVGA PSU
Cooling System (Brand Unknown, but has been functioning well for a few years)
SSD 1TB

I would place the blame on that PSU. They are simply not quality units. For Evga, you want to stick with B2/G2/GS/ and some GQ models.
