Random W8 Freezes

So I am using my PC for a while and start multitasking, suddenly it becomes unresponsive, although I can move my mouse, I can't open the taskbar menu (ctrl+alt+delete). This problem usually happens for about 30 seconds to 1 minute when I have a lot of tabs open in Chrome. I think it is either a ram issue or my ssd.
I will post my specs so you guys can check.

Check RAM 1st, try running with one stick removed at a time, if you can, download and burn Memtest 86. It's bootable, and will test your memory for errors without needing to run Windows.
