Adding to the title: Sometimes it's gonna randomly freeze for a bit then a bunch of white/black pixelated boxes will show up on the screen.
I'm 99% sure that this issue is caused by my GPU (a 3-year-old ZOTAC GTX 760) but I want to be perfectly sure it's dead before I get to replace it given that they are way too expensive in my country.
I've already tried: reseating the GPU, making a clean installation of stable drivers.
The next one on my list before replacing it is trying to underclock but I do not know how to do that.
ANY suggestions are welcome and I'm willing to follow recommended steps if possible.
