This issue started when i got my new monitor, there are these white lines that will randomly appear horizontally across my screen and it will randomly go black for a short period, i looked it up and found that its probably a graphics card issue and to buy a new cord so i bought a new cord and it worked for a while but its back.

Heres video of it happening and my specs

use imgur or youtube for video cant access video.

horizontal white lines are normally monitor related from my own usage.

plug your pc into a tv or other monitor and see if same thing happens.

i updated the link so it works now and i will try that and get back to you

other things to check that the hdmi cable or display port cable is properly seated and not being obstructed by the plastic housing of the hdmi interfering with the back of the pc case.

example

to fix this adjust gpu carefully.

place case on side so the motherboard is laying flat

unscrew gpu from pc case align gpu and retighten while holding graphic card in position otherwise it may slip into unalignment again then insert hdmi and see if it fits
